They are very shady, I called to have a different style of keller williams logo for directionals and the first time I called i spoke to a lady named sarah who took my email and said she would speak to her art team to see what they could do, a couple days go by and i didn't receive anything so i called once again, this time I spoke to someone named chris and he would not give me his last name, a number to reach him on or an email. He did make it very clear that there was no one by the name of sarah. Will order directionals elsewhere. Very sloppy customer service.
