Go online and see the hundreds of complaints about this company. I am sur there are thousands if you look around. These a holes told me if I ever had a problem to come in and see them and they would work with me..WRONG. When you ask to talk to the manager ( and they all seem to be named Ken ) they will put anybody on the phone then lie about talking to you. So if you are stupid and decide to go with this company do yourself a favor...record conversations !! I think it is time for a multi million dollar class action lawsuit against these pukes for the bogus business practices and the harassment !!! I only gave them one star because it won't let me give them 10% of a star that's how bad they are.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Aarons in Norwich. We got furniture that had lots of undisclosed damage, as well as electronics that turned out not to work.



Also, I found many of the staff to be less than friendly. They will be very friendly until you make a purchase, or until you make a payment. Call me old fashioned, but in customer service, manners goes a long way.



I was not an educated customer when I went there, and that's my fault, but please take my advice, be educated and get your furniture/appliances/electronics elsewhere. You may receive merchandise that is in good working order, but you may be like myself and get crap.
