ive been at cost cutters once and that first time was horrible!!!! i want to get a perm and the girl that was doing it made me hold some paper that she was using for my hair then she was complaining of how much hair i had then she was rushing (which she offered to do) at the end the hair at the bottom part was just wavy!! i will never go there again!
