Lisa P.'s comment is for the wrong Dr. Galan's office, the are 2 Dr. Galans in Norwich. Dr. Larry is a wonderful pediatrician, the office, is clean, and the staff attentive and patient with children as well as their parents.

The first impression of this office is unclean. There are large stains on the rug, and even the door handles and walls are dirty. Getting the attention of one of the front desk girls away from each other is often difficult. The nurses are helpful and understanding. Dr. Galan herself if standoffish and seems uninterested at times. Quick to write a prescription but slow to listen gives this doctor her low rating. If you want a doctor that will send you off to others to wait to hear what's wrong, this is the one for you, but if you truly want a relationship with your doctor, seek another.
