I found Gorin's by accident when driving around, and happened to be looking for a new mattress set. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, and our mattress was delivered on the day and within the time frame we were given. Unfortunately, after having the mattress for two weeks, it became apparent that it was just a bit too firm for us. Luckliy, Gorin's has a two week "comfort exchange" policy that, for a fee of $139, you can exchange your mattress for a new one. Feeling terrible, I contacted Gorin's to see about taking advantage of the exchange policy. Gorin's staff and ownership couldn't have been more understanding, and we just had our new, hopefully much more comfortable plush pillowtop mattress delivered today--again, within the promised day and time. Overall, considering the great service, free delivery and old mattress removal, and no-hassle comfort exchange policy, we would shop at Gorin's again happily for our future furniture needs. Gorin's is a family owned business, and it shows in their commitment to great service!

Very poor customer service. paid cash for a sectional sofa and was told it would take up to 4 weeks to be at my house. By week 5 I had to call them and inquire about my purchase. Horrible attitude while on the phone. Would not recommend. Couch will be delivered next week. ����
