I paid $100 to Norwich Copies Plus LLC in Norwich for a FedEx delivery to Mexico for my parents that didn’t happen, it got returned to me. I asked for a refund and they told me it wasn’t their responsibility and they said can’t do anything to help. Service was paid to them so FedEx won’t do it either. If you are going to use them for shipping things to family and friends these holidays, just be sure they know what they are doing when sending your packages, especially to foreign countries, they didn’t know what they were doing with mine. Very frustrating. I just feel left alone as a customer.
