- Worse experience I ever had with a company - They seem to pride themselves in offering incompetence - If they ever hired anyone that knew how to actually repair an appliance, I would be shocked.

Extremely poor customer service mentality and disrespectful of elderly individuals. My family will never purchase anything from this store again.

If I could only give a negative rating. They have no customer service skills. They have a very negative attitude towards there customers. I am surprised that they are still in business.

To my less than 3yr old front load washer to these clowns. It was showing a fault code on the front panel and not rotating the drum. They charged me $29 to plug it in, look up the fault code on google, and then tell me it needs an inner and outer drum replacement. The cost??? ALMOST $700 !!! Then asked if i wanted it back or would i like them to dispose of it...?



I picked it up shortly after and asked if they had even taken the rear cover off to investigate. "Oh yes we always do that" i was told. I then asked how they removed the panel without leaving any marks on the washer itself or the screws? The "service manager" told me he wasn't going to argue with me and to just get in my truck and leave.



These guys are rip off artists. I can only imagine how many people they have gotten with this little scam. Not to mention they have zero integrity when called out on it.



I will also be contacting the BBB and lodging a complaint.
