My family and I rented a Explorer for the week to go to New York for a wedding. The vehicle was fantastic from top to bottom. Very Clean and spacious for our family and luggage. The Rental manager Michael and his assistant Brad were very polite and courteous to us. They were such a big help from the selection to vehicle to pricing and everything in between. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a rental anytime even last minute they will help you out thats a guarantee. Also before i forget they direct bill your insurance company when you need a rental if yours is in any body shop.

I had the wonderful experience at Jack Madden Ford in Norwood,Ma. We rented a 2009 Ford Flex to go to Canada the vehicle was new and very clean. It drove great and we had plenty of room for all our stuff. I recomend you call them for your next trip or even when you need a replacment vehicle.
