I have been here many times over the past few years. They are, without question, the BEST Pet Spa! My dogs - Tommy and Darla are always happy to walk in their front door, without hesitation. The grooming is perfect! They smell wonderful, ears are clean, and their nails are done to perfection! Reasonably priced, great job and they truly love the dogs!

If you have a large dog, I strongly recommend NOT to go to this place!
I have been to this place almost 8 times but each time I visited, I got disappointed at the groomer's attitude (she is the owner as well). She complains the difficulty in handling large dogs (i.e. 2 people are needed for large dogs and it takes a lot of time while small ones can be done within 40 mins). Plus her pricing is higher than other spas. $80 bucks for full grooming and she charged add'l $1 per min for combing, claiming my dog shedded a lot. She also told me that I need to comb my dog before her place. Ridiculous. I checked other spas to see if this is normal and all they have said is that extra combing is PART of full grooming service. Being ripped off plus receiving complaints on my dog is JOKE. I willl NEVER use this place any more. Enough is enough. If she cannot handle large size dogs, she should not open the spa. No appreciation to customers. Horrible groomer!

DO NOT go this place unless there is No place to go for grooming around your place!! I took my two little dogs for grooming and paid extra for poodle feet cut as well as other services that which other groomers do not charge usually. they were held my dogs in the cage WHOLE DAY until they Close. and result? one of my dog had huge cut under her arm doing clipper and when my we showed up for pick up, owner said cuts were exist before they start for grooming. OMG what kind of owner can't verify these cuts with blood are from before grooming 2month ago or happened just now? i was so mad really thought about to take legal action! i strongly recommended NOT to go this place NEVER.

The owner, Olivia, cage dries all the dogs. She says it is a "less stressful," method for the canines, but according to "Bijou's Law" it is illegal.

"Drying cages shall not be utilized," section 11, point E.

The reality is that it is cheaper to cage dry dogs, since the only other way is to pay someone to fluff the dog. Olivia has two of these cage dryers; one is an enormous cage located in the bathing room used for mainly dogs of larger breeds. Typically dogs get dried in a separate room with a "hang dryer," which hangs to any cage. There are surveillance cameras in every room, but the viewing screen is in the back room, but Olivia spends most of her day up front grooming dogs and handling customers. There is a second groomer, but she is also up front grooming and usually chatting with Olivia. There is also a bather working, but bathing canines for two two groomers is a job that needs full attention that cannot be spread thin between watching two dryers, one being in a separate room. It is pretty clean there, but it doesn't make for a good excuse to do something illegal.
