I called the salon to try to speak to the owner Phil about offering HIS EMLOYEES a discount. The woman who answered the phone actually hung up on me. I called back because I wasn't sure that's what happened (why?), and a man answers the phone. I told him I was speaking to a woman and think we were cut off. He asks what's this about (business I say), he says maybe she did or maybe she didn't hang up on me (what?), and they are very busy and don't have time to fool around! Wow such nice customer service!!! And the only reason I called there is because I'm working too!!! I would never go to such a place much less to relax!!!! Good thing I already have a fantastic girl who does my hair!!!

And the only reason they have one star is because I had to pick one to publish my review!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
