This Location has been very consistent in it's treatment of customers and quality of orders... just verrrry slow... not like their neighbor McDonalds in Nottingham Square that have the most illiterate, untrained, rude and clueless personnel than any other McDonalds I have been to in my 60 years. They cannot comprehend normal conversations, they cannot work the registers, they cannot give correct change if you give them $10.25 for a $7.06 order. They cannot understand coupons or work as a team to get an order correct. They have the worst Manager I have ever seen...I asked for his name... he wrote it down and gave it to me... no last name... just: Maybe it's Jim, Maybe it's J.K.... but I do know it was all he would give me. Besides my problem with this location... I observed him berating counter employees in front of customers and snapping at several customers waiting for their orders. I am an educator in Baltimore County and I was with my son who is also an educator and U.S Lacrosse Director. I have seen many situations in many restaurants over the years... but none to cause me to lower my standards by commenting on them. There are many options to this McDonalds... I will be using them... even though I will miss your fries. Sad.

I gave my grandson a McDonalds coupon book for Halloween that I purchased. The coupons were good from Nov 1 thru Dec 31. I took this little 3 year old boy for a special treat to use one of his coupons. We were told that we could not use the coupon because "this is a Halloween coupon and it ain't Halloween no more". I turned the coupon over and showed the man at the drive thru the dates of use on the back. He checked with a manager and told us that they don't accept the coupons! Needless to say, I had one disappointed little 3 year old. He could not use his coupon to 'buy' his treat. So much for buying your coupons and I'll NEVER be back to this McDonald's!

McDonald's is supposed to be kid friendly. This location is certainly NOT kid friendly. If fact, my 3 year old grandson was in tears. Way to go White Marsh McDonald's........you are a disgrace!
