Provided by YP.comWorst Experience!!! I called on Saturday & made an appointment for Sunday morning. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment & was greeted by the owner. She seemed nice. I sat down and she started to do my nails. I was getting a new set of pink & white acrylic nails with gel topcoat. I asked the owner how long she had been doing nails. She replied 24 years. I was shocked when she started to apply the acrylic. They looked HORRIBLE!!!!! I think my 2 year old could have done a better job. She mounded the acrylic on my nails. I could not believe it. I immediately asked her to stop & remove them. She moved me to another station & started to soak the acrylic off. I sat there & was ignored by her & the rest of her staff for 30 minutes. In the meantime she proceeded to take care of several other customers and their nails. I got up, went over & washed my hands & walked out! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst experience ever & the owner does NOT know how to apply acrylic nails!!!!

Provided by YP.comThis salon is just ok for your basic services, such as manicures and pedicures. I don't have any experience with waxing here. I've had both acrylic (years ago) and gel nails (recently) applied here, and had mixed experiences with both. The gel nails peeled after 3 days, which I think has something to do with the technician being rushed and not applying the product correctly. You get what you pay for. During my last visit, I noticed that cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority. That's concerning to me, given the number of customers! I won't be going back. Given the number of cheap nail salons in the area, Nails America needs to do more to keep my business.

Provided by YP.comMy mother and I went there before my wedding. I had an appointment at About Faces but decided that I didn't want to be tied down to an exact time that day. The woman I had was good but my mother had the Owner who's main objective was to exercise behind the counter. We were sitting right next to each other and while I finished 15 minutes later than my mother, I realized that the owner did not trim her cuticles, didn't have her wash her hands and painted her nails. Her nails were rough on top where they were filed and the polish was on her cuticles. Granted it was $25 for a manicure and pedicure so I guess I shouldn't have too high expectations. Advice...just don't let the owner do your nails. My nails were just okay. The leg massage was excellent but who's sees that. It's all about the nails. Will I go back...no.
