I wanted to take the time to express our appreciation in writing for the service we have received from your dealership.

Thank you for all your help over the years including the recent purchase of a fourth National Motors vehicle this fall. We keep coming back because trust is a hard to find commodity in the used car industry. That along with fair prices and service have made National Motors our auto dealer of choice and a place we feel comfortable referring friends and family to as well.

Thanks again for all the help over the years.

This place is extremely deceptive and sold me a vehicle that did not pass MD state inspection. The vehicle had a 2' x 3' hole in the cab that was causing carbon monoxide to enter the cab, and multiple safety issues including fire hazards. I am from out of state and they sold me this knowing I had to drive it back. I fully believe they had full knowledge of everything wrong with this vehicle, and just hoped it would hold together until I drove it back home and would've passed the 1000 mile mark, absolving them from any responsibility. Fortunately, I stopped in Ohio due to some suspicious noises and discovered just how unsafe the vehicle was. The manager was extremely rude and resistant through the whole process. I had to have the vehicle towed back to MD because they refused to do anything unless it was in their shop. Once at their shop, they still refused to do anything that should have been covered under warranty.

I contacted the MD State Police who sent an investigator out to inspect the vehicle. He determined that this should never have passed and that the "repairs" they had in process still would not pass. The registration was revoked and the mechanic was fined for passing the vehicle. The only way they were able to get registration re-instated was to fix everything to his satisfaction. The only reason I have a semi-driveable vehicle is because of that awesome MD police officer.

In addition to all of this they told me they could provide a 1.99% 5 year loan for me. When I got there, surprise surprise, the loan was 6 year 4.5% and they said that was the best they could do, even though my credit is over 800. This is nothing but a fraudulent bait-and-switch. They also told me multiple times that they'd changed the oil (again knowing that I was driving this across the country) and the oil was pure black.. there is no way they changed it. They lie every step of the way

No matter how good the deal looks on paper, do yourself a favor and go with someone else!

I decided to stop in National Motors when IW as driving by one day, I was not in the market for a new car but my partner has been thinking about one. I was greeted by Adam who walked me aroudn the lot and talked to me about options and prices. Though I didnt buy a car at the time I know where we will go when we are ready.

Great customer service! I called about a car I was interested in and got paired up with a salesman named Adam. Adam told me to come in to check out the car and had it ready for me to test drive. Adam gave me a great price and the financing was right for me.

I have never bought a car before and Adam made me feel really confident throughout the process. Adam made sure to help me find the perfect car for my needs.

All I can say is Anthony (New York) Hartwell is amazing.

I originally came to the dealership to complain because I saw a vehicle on Cars.com that I had inquired about however no one ever got back to me.

I came into National Motors for war and Anthony could see my frustration so he immediately stopped what he was doing to address my concerns. He assisted me with controlling my temper and went to work from there.

New York paid close attention to my needs wants & desires and ultimately put me in a 2011 Chevy Cruze.

I'm totally pleased with my vehicle to the point I'm sending him a referral on Saturday.

I recommend this place. I bought a car there last month (Dodge Caliber) and I love it. The place is very friendly and they have a huge selection of cars! I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a used car.

Friendly, courteous service. Very accomodating. If they can do the deal they will do it, no hidden agenda. Likable and the car selection is wondereful. I got a 2002 Acura and it is in excellent condition. If you are looking for a reliable car on a budget, go see National Motors.

Great place to do business with this is the 3rd car that myi family has bought here n i love theses guys flexible worked with me and they've got great prices n great cars .this is the only place i will ever buy a car from.

These poeople are the most down to earth, funny, working hard people. I worked with Desmond and he was a sweethearrttt.. I did finacing with Gary and he got me into a toyota camry. I will refer all of my freinds and family to them ...THANKS SO MUCH DESMOND AND GARY!!

Bought 5 cars over 12 years from National Motors. Good solid cars at super low prices. Prices so good I was able to sell 1-11/2 years later and break even. Prompt, courteous service! Picked out a car, arranged financing and stopped back the same day and signed and drove. Buying a car can be easy process just need to know where to shop!

Everyone was very helpful, you should go and check them out. I will be a return costumer. I got a nice car at a great price.

Purchased a 2007 Acura TSX....Brian knew that i wanted the car and he made sure that i left with it. Guy (financing) dept was great too! Very friendly environment and the couple of tweeks that i had issues with Brian made sure that i was taken care of within the week. Great place to get late model,low miles. luxury car. I had an issue with 1st car I had purchased. The car had smell that would not go away. After several times of them trying to find out what the cause was & was unable to get rid of the awful odor.Bryan the owner was true to his word & purchased the car back & I recieved another vehicle at the same price. I am much happier with this vehicle. I know by that by law he did not have to take the vehicle back. I appreciate the wonderufl service i recieved from their staff there. The mechanics & detailers were also very professional & helpful. I would recommend my friends to purchase a vehicle from National Motors. Thanks again Bryan!!

2008 Mazdaspeed 3 - Extremely low miles, near mint condition inside and out. Purchased with a few small cosmetic issues, but were promised to be handled upon purchase and were done so quickly and professionally. I would definately buy from them again and greatly recommend them. -Chris
