This is the WORST travel agency that I've ever worked with. They made a huge mistake in booking my reservations (flights) and I got stuck at the airport trying to make it to my destination. I had to re-purchase all the flights from the airline. Once I finally got ahold of them, they were going to issue a credit to my credit card. Supposedly it was done, but it's been 2 months now since I've been trying to resolve this issue and get my credit. The people in charge are always in a meeting" when I call and I have yet to get my credit. I would NEVER recommend this company for any travel!
