I'm mom of 6months old and 4th grader, so every time I go for cosmetic service, I need to schedule our nanny as well. I made an appointment at Fancy Nails for waxing in advance, the man took my phone, name, and I even wrote it for him on a note, that he gave me with date and time, to make sure that they won't miss anything. When I came for my appointment, stuff start to actively talk with each other not in English, than about 5 minutes after, the woman, who was doing some lady nails came to me , and said "I'm sorry, but we can't serve you right now. He told me that you made an appointment, but I forgot to put you in schedule. Can you come tomorrow?". I said "No, I was need to hire nanny to come to you, I can't come tomorrow". The response was "I'm sorry" and smile. I ended up booking appointment at "Best hair" next to Ignacio, and they served me right away.

Lily is fantastic! I love her gel manicures! She does a great job and they last a long time.
