I have been a patient since 2018. During covid19, they still came to my house, and the nurses are licensed in California.

After an extensive survey of home care organizations I chose Heart of Humanity to provide 24/7 home care for my wife who is a stroke victim requiring total care. Heart of Humanity has provided attentive care for us since May 30, 2013. I have learned through experience that our case is one of the more difficult home care cases because my wife has severe physical limitations and also has very limited ability to communicate. Especially because of my wife's limitations, I have been insistent that my wife receive the best possible care. Heart of Humanity has lived up to that standard for the extended time that they have worked with us. The management at Heart of Humanity have worked continuously with us in a total care team relationship to provide quality care. Home care would have been impossible without the commitment and dedication of Heart of Humanity.

Heart of Humanity took so much stress from our family. They provided nice caregivers for just the hours we needed. The peace of mind that my elderly parent was safe and comfortable was really appreciated by me and my siblings.

I was so impressed by the number of five star ratings this agency has received! as well as being voted #1. I needed help immediately for my father and mother, theywere able to provide care within hours. And, the best part is the gentleman they sent was so professional, warm and friendly, my parents fell in love with him. They gave us their preferred provider discount as an added bonus.
