It offers an integrated suite of mortgage fraud protection, mitigation and indemnification services to the mortgage industry. The company s proprietary package, TPG Mortgage Assurance Solutions, assists lenders in due diligence and data integration, fraud loss insurance, repurchase protection, and legal consultation for loss mitigation and recovery. The Prieston Group assists more than 700 lenders in protecting over $50 billion in residential loans. It also works with several credit rating agencies to make sure they understand the value that lender certification brings to a securitized pool of mortgage loans. The Prieston Group employs approximately 70 people and is located in Novato, Calif.
