Provided by YP.comI have only known Paul the owner of Artisans Jewelers a short time. I have to admire his honesty, integrity, and hard work for many years in the jewelry business. If there was ever a problem with a customer, he always went above and beyond to make it right, and fair to both himself and customers. Unfortunately, there are some things we, as professional jewelers, either in sales, appraisers, service providers have no control. It's the business. I have s lot of respect for people like the owner of Artisans. And believe me, being in the jewelry business for 50 years myself, and past diamond department manager of a huge chain, I have seen and heard it all.

Provided by YP.comDon't care about you, they just want your money. It's a good thing they have some decent brands because this place would be out of business if it were up to their customer service.
You will have the same experience here as one at a used car dealer on 8 mile. Once you sign the receipt they don't care about you at all and threaten to get their legal team involved if you ask why your order was not delivered on the promised date. I received my engagement ring 2 months after the promised date!
Save yourself and go to Rottermond or Tappers!

Provided by YPmobileMy fiancée purchased my engagement ring from here and proposed to me Christmas Eve. I took it in for sizing the day after Christmas and haven't seen it since. Shipping date is now February 4th to my understanding. I understand that it had to be sent back to the company and an entirely new band had to be made, but what is disappointing is that nobody told me this was even a possibility. I took it in and was told it would be sent out to size and would have it back in 2 weeks, no problem! My fiancée was called a week after we dropped it off and told the situation. I called the next day, confused as to what he told me, and was spoken to extremely rudely and told that she didn't know what to tell me. At one point even blamed my fiancée for getting the size wrong, then quickly taking that back. She did offer to "throw" my diamond into a solitaire while my ring was being made, so I guess that's nice, but didn't seem to understand that wasn't the reason I called, or the sentimental value of having the ring he proposed to me with. Costumer service 101, giving all the information to the customer and being polite. I have had my fiancée deal with the situation from now on.

Provided by YP.comI had a fiasco with another jeweler incorrectly setting a diamond in a ring purchased at Artisan. The staff at Artisan took such wonderful care of me. Thanks to them I will finally have an engagement ring that I can wear without being afraid of losing the diamond. I would also like to comment on the huge selection they have. I will never go to another jeweler!
