Just a simple review, but I would really like to let people know what a wonderful experience I had with this company. It was Christmas Eve and our heating had gone out. I called their 24/7 hotline and Alan had returned my call telling me that he would bring a few heaters over to get us through the night and then get someone over to service our furnace. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity and knowledge. I will definitely use this company in the future, should any problems arise and I would happily refer them to friends and family.

Do not hire this company. I told them I would be getting a new boiler soon, so I just wanted them to get it running. The pilot was bad, very low flame. He changed the expansion tank, pressure relief valve, pressure guage and thermocoupler. He said the membrane in the expansion tank had failed. I cut the end of it off when I got home and there was nothing wrong with it. The pressure relief valve was less than a year old with nothing wrong with it. The pressure gauge worked and I dont know if the thermocoupler was good because I dont know what it does, however, there $8. All 4 parts at furgeson express run about $90.00. They charge my wife over $700.00 and told her we would probably have to come back. Of course, by 7pm the boiler was not working. After freezing all night, I went to furgeson and bought a pilot for $72.00. It took me 15 minutes to put it in. On the bill he started to itemize the parts, but crossed it out and jacked it up to $300.00. Very POOR business. They should not get the 1 star.
