I love my little bob that Laurel did for me! It's exactly like the picture I showed her. I can't wait till I can come back and get highlights from her!

So after reading all these good reviews, I thought I would give this place a shot! I'm really glad I did. I originally came in just for a haircut, but Carrie convinced me to do area highlights which they had a special on. The highlights turned out beautiful and the haircut was even better then I expected! I will for sure be coming back to see Carrie

Go see Kelli For color and highlights!!

i have been following kelli for 9 years now and she is the only one who touches my hair. She is young & blonde and does an amazing job on blonde hair!! I get full highlights & color. Anytime i want to change it up she does exactly what i want without damaging my hair,

Great service, cute girl, and I'm happy with the cut. I think the girl that cut my hair was Kaitlyn and I'll be going back to her again.

This is now my second time coming into Fantastic Sams at this location and I really like it. Ive been seeing Kelli both times and the haircuts have been great, plus she's not hard on the eyes either. ;)

So happy I found Krista to CORRECTLY do my color and highlights. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. Wonder why it was so hard for the other salons to do that. I even ended up spending half of what I would at the other salons I would go to.

I have been going here for a number of years and Laurel does a great job. They also just recently remodeled the facility. It's a great place to go for good haircuts at a good price.

Krista is the greatest! She is the only one I trust to do my color and cut. Last time I went there, they completely revamped the salon and everything looks beautiful. Keep up the good work girls

Have been going to the Fantastic Sams in Novi for about 2 1/2 years. Used to go to a high $ salon, get a better color and cut @ Sams. Carrie F. is my stylist, always has new suggestions for my hair. I totally trust her judgement, and I get more compliments on my hair since I've been going to Carrie than I have ever had.

My husband has been going to a barber shops for years, but when his normal place closed down, he tried this Fantastic Sams on the way home from work. I couldn't believe that it was less than $15 and his cut looked better than when he had his last cut at a "high end" barber shop. My son and I are next up for haircuts and I'm looking forward to our new family one stop shop.

I've been getting my hair cut here for more than a decade. I like it because I can walk in without an appointment, and I usually get a very good cut for a good price. I can't say that I've never had a bad cut here, since I don't have time to wait for a particular stylist, but the bad cut has been rare.

I was literally scalped after I asked for a simple shaping of my hairstyle. I am quite unhappy with this bald look and I won't be going back to this shop. Since nothing can be done at this point, I can only wait for my hair to grow. It has been nearly a month now and I need to add that my hair isn't growing as fast as I would like but then again, my hair was nearly shaved and cut to nothing. I think perhaps my hair trimmer should have taken the time to listen to what I was asking for and if she couldn't do it, then she should have been honest and told me and I would have left the shop peacefully with enough hair on my head to keep it warm. I know it takes a little more time to "trim" short hair, but this cut has been very uncomfortable for me. I would no longer recommend this shop because I feel the "bald look" could have been avoided completely. I am a little tired of looking like a turnip; it is not a good look for me.

This is a place to get a fast hair cut that's not too expensive. The quality does tend to vary, but the staff is very friendly.
