NEVER buy anything from Jared's. They are a joke. We learned our lesson for the umpteenth time dealing with them over our wedding rings that we have only had for 5 years and are falling apart. They fought us and refused to be helpful when it was COMPLETELY Jared's fault. They ruined my husbands ring to the point it was razor thin and we just went in to have it refrosted & my ring they said was "defective" from the beginning even though we have been taking it in every 6 months and sometimes in-between for checkups and the Chanel completely wore down and diamonds were lost. They flat out said their techs are only trained to look for loose prongs and diamonds! They refuse to accept responsibility or even try to make us happy by compensating us for our trouble and this horrible 5 long year experience with them. GO TO A REAL JEWELER! Next time we will be shopping at a real jeweler for a ring that isn't Walmart quality. ( or maybe that is an insult to Walmart). Other reviews are same.
