Tollgate is a unique, multi-building historic site, with views of rolling farmland which are practically unknown elsewhere in present-day Oakland County. Tollgate has long provided this unique setting for conferences and special events. The beauty of Tollgate is due primarily to the efforts of our many volunteers. Enjoy their beauty in all seasons!

- The TOLLGATE CONFERENCE CENTER-This main conference facility is surrounded with windows and French doors that offer a spectacular view of gardens, trees and the farm pond. Ample paved parking for customers is located a short walk from the driveway. The ACTIVITY CENTER-is a more casual atmosphere. During meeting breaks, we invite you to take a walk around our beautifully landscaped grounds, nearby gardens or wooded trails. One-third of the trails are paved for handicapped access or for walking ease. The AMERICANA BOARDROOM located at the front of the white farm house and is used for small meetings, up to twelve people. This elegant room features a natural cherry wood conference table with overstuffed seating, a stone fireplace, bay window, vaulted ceiling and French doors that lead to a deck overlooking the Tollgate farm scenery. Customer parking is also located north of the home, a short walk on the brick pathway. The TOLLGATE BARN, consider the unique charm and atmosphere that a beautiful rustic barn can bring to your event. Huge oak beams and lofty ceilings will welcome and beguile your guests. Weather you are hosting a wedding reception, family reunion, or company event the uniqueness of hosting it in a barn will give your guests a memory they will never forget. The GROUNDS, situated on a beautiful 160 acre farm, the gardens and pastures at Tollgate provide a natural and peaceful setting for outdoor events- weddings, family reunions, & company picnics.
