Was a client for a couple of years. I was mandated into work for an emergency and had to cancel my weekly appointment. I gave them 24 hours notice and they told me they understood and would reschedule. There was also a snow and ice emergency on my appointment day the closed businesses and canceled schools. A couple days later we found a charge on our credit card for $175 from Northpoint. I called them and questioned the charge. I was informed that without 72 hours notice I was charged full price. They would not work with me knowing that we were financially struggling. This is suppose to be a faith based service. They do not take insurance and are on the expensive side. Over the last couple years I had two incidents where the therapist has to cancel on me. I wasn't given a credit for having to reschedule my time. As far as I'm concerned they are all about the money. Most of the therapists are inexperienced or in "training". I have also noticed therapists come and go. You just build a rapport with one and a year later you have to start over with someone else. I would not recommend Northpoint to anyone!!!!

Horrible experience here. The staff is very inexperienced.
