CONSUMER BEWARE. We dropped off a business suit and 2 shirts to be dry cleaned/pressed. We required the suit to be ready by Wednesday evening for an interview, which was to take place at 8AM the next morning. We were assured a Wednesday pick-up between 6 and 7PM. We arrived at 6, the suit was not there. We waited until 7, the suit did not arrive. They suggested we just show up at 8AM the next day when they opened, but that was unacceptable as the interview was to commence at 8AM. Eventually, they promised a 6 AM drop off at our house. Because we did not trust them, we went to another retailer after 7 PM on Wednesday to pick up a suit, have it altered, and purchase a new shirt and tie. We waited by the door at 6AM the next day, no one arrived. I contacted them the next day and was promised a refund. They eventually dropped off the suit and shirts at our house (leaving them on an uncovered back deck). I went to the store to collect our refund on Saturday. I spoke with a person familiar with the situation and was informed that she had to call the boss to see if a refund was possible. She spoke with the "boss" while I was there, he refused the refund, and hung up on the sales clerk. I have never been treated like this by any business. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. We will never go here ever again.
