SUCH an awesome PT office! Usually PT is stressful and difficult, but this team really works hard to support you every step of the way! I looked forward to each appointment and it was bittersweet when I completed my time there. Everyone is very motivated to help you succeed with your recovery. I would definitely recommend NDPT to anyone with PT needs! You guys are the best!

NDPT’s attention to detail, I believe, has led to a complete success in my treatment. At my initial appointment he did a lot of diagnostic testing, including measuring the length of my legs. He believed he saw a difference in the way I walked and the alignment of my entire spine. The physical therapist doctor referred me for x-rays and to a podiatrist for diagnosis and treatment. The x-rays confirmed the leg length discrepancy, and I was able to correct it. I anticipate future savings on pain killers and doctors visits because of Novi Doctors of Physical Therapy’s thoroughness and willingness to treat the whole body

The people here are amazing. As I waited for my appointment, I observed the doctor talking calmly and patiently to an anxious, elderly couple. This couple repeatedly asked the same questions and yet Dr. Burns treated them with dignity and respect. I knew I was in good hands when it was time for my appointment.

Novi Doctors of Physical Therapy takes time to explain what he’s doing, rather than just “treat and heal”; they give their clients the education they need to build healthy life-long habits.

Novi Doctors of Physical Therapy did a complete evaluation and, on his own time, researched the issues I was having. As I started my sessions, I could tell that my treatment plan was well organized.

Thanks for such a good treatment. I never thought that PT could be such a pleasant experience. Compared to previous PT programs (at other providers), it was good to be treated so well. I got friendly customer service, as well as appropriate and knowledgeable help.

I loved the staff! Very friendly and efficient. The real measure of success is that the pain I had when I started was gone by the time I was discharged.

I didn't have much luck going here. Very little PT equipment in this place - basically, it's a big open room with a few tables, large bouncing balls, an a few hand held pieces of equipment. It's not your normal gym-type atmosphere. The help is very young (high school kids) and inexperienced. Dr. Burns doesn't fix the source of the problem. He treats the symptoms and not the source of the problem to get you to return again and again, much like a chiropractor. Dr. Burns likes to charge the insurance company for services he never rendered. Also, expect to be charged $68 to sit on a table and do your own exercises with no equipment, exercises you can do at home. Don't bother going here.

Bottom line, the clinic coordinator at Novi DPT is absolutely one of the best clinicians I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Very knowledgeable! Have doubts, then stop in, call, or email him a question regarding your functional/ physical condition and see what happens!
