Kick Boxing, Cardio, Aerobics and more... I really like the personal touch I get from Meghan the owner. She works with your individual goals to keep you going without getting to hard on you. I will tell my friends about this fitness center for sure.

Fun Kickboxing

I am loving all of the classes at Seung Ni. I had previously only attended Kickboxing, but am now a big fan of the Body Sculpt, and Plyo. I plan on being at the gym every night this week (Friday off) and then double classes on Saturday morning. DP

Challenging Workout

It is still early in the challenge but what has helped me right off the bat is the people. All of the instructors/coaches at Seung-ni have been extremely helpful, positive, kind and informative! I feel very comfortable working out here and that is definitely important and keeps me excited to come to class. I have also enjoyed meeting others in the body challenge who are as excited as me to be committed to making a change. I think having people around me with the same goal is very motivating. AJ

Getting Fit

One positive change that I have seen in myself already is my attitude and confidence. It feels good to be working out on a consistent basis and eating better. Even though it has only been one week, I feel great knowing I am doing something good for myself that I plan to carry on even after these 8 weeks are over.
