A krtsh/chimney cake (known as krtskalcs in Hungarian) is a sweet pastry with a crispy, flavored outside and a soft, fluffy inside. We offer them as a traditional krtsh and filled with ice cream, but our specialty is baking krtsh on-site at private events.What makes our process unique is that we learned & experienced the craftsmanship firsthand while living & immersing ourselves in the krtsh culture in Budapest, Hungary.
