I was a patient with this practice since the beginning, actually the current physicians took it over and I decided to stay. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse. It is not uncommon to make an appointment, show up on time, and wait for several hours to be seen. The diagnosis and treatment received has become mediocre at best. All test results require an additional visit, even when the results do not require additional actions or treatment. I am assuming this is so they can charge your insurance for the visit and collect your co-pay. If at all possible seek treatment somewhere else. The receptionists and office personnel are not very considerate or kind either.

I will say the office atmosphere is very professional. The problem is, it is so professional I think they forgot they are dealing with people.

In my opinion I believe they are more concerned about their practice and the possibility of lawsuits then their patients.

In the past I would have defended this practice. My entire family had decided to leave a long time ago and advised me to seek medical treatment somewhere else. I choose to stay until recently, I had no choice but to seek treatment elsewhere and to my surprise the experience was wonderful. The physician took the time to speak with me and get to know me. They did an entire panel of blood tests and called me with the results (no additional appointment) and even called in a prescription for some medication needed to a pharmacy of my choice (again, no visit needed). When reading the results they took their time and made sure I understood the results.

If you disagree with my comments above it is probably because professional treatment is not something that has been experienced.
