This barber shop is a phenomenal place. The hair stylist trained in Korea, a country with an intense beauty industry, so no wonder she is so good at her job! I only go to this place now for my haircuts (note: men's haircuts are now 14.99, not 9.99 as the name might suggest).

The reviewer below me must have failed to make an appointment because the slots fill up fast, often requiring a call one or two weeks in advance. Likely, they were waiting for a scheduled customer to arrive, and he misinterpreted this as refusing service for no good reason. I don't know why he was so angry, but a part of his review doesn't even makes sense: if this business didn't have a "hair cutting license," why would they even admit that they don't have one? Brad, please calm down. Your insecurity shows.

I walked in at 445pm on a Tuesday evening ....there was a girl at the counter....a girl on the computer.....and another person sitting at the yard sale type of table with shampoo bottles on it.....i asked for a hair cut.....she starts pointing at a paper saying she can not give me a ten dollar hair cut....because they are busy.....there was no customers in there at all....and she treated me as if i was not even standing there....i offered her 20 dollars to do it...twice the amount of their advertise price....and still....nothing ...vague responses and disregard. I called their number when i got home to get the number to the manager or owner...she said she was...the lady at the counter....with no license she told me....no hair cutting license .....this place is a joke.....they would make more money cutting hair out their garage then making the rent payment at regency park...They are obligated to fulfill the demand that they are advertising.....its not a appt only venue.....its not a salon.....its a glorified barber shop that offers 10 dollar hair cuts....and they deny me? Is it because i am white? I dont know...but something needs to be down about it.....businesses in O'Fallon should have a code of conduct....at least do the service you are advertising......DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.....I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST GIVING ANY MONEY TO THIS VENUE. They fail as a business,,,,,and i am questioning if they even have a valid business license,
