I have been working with A &W plumbing for over 10 years with my rental properties, and home, and have only had one problem. They had replaced a on off valve for a property of mine and the bottom part of the seal did not keep and it sprung a leak. The property was not occupied at the time, so when I found it, there was over an inch of water on the first floor and about 12 inches in the crawl space. I called American Water and then A&W to turn off the water, and A&W still beat American Water to the house. Within 5 min of being there, they had there insurance company working on getting mediation started, they had all of the water up from the main floor within 2 hours of my call. Long story short, they took care of everything, working through their insurance company was very easy. Everything was taken care of to get everything corrected.
Their prices are fair, they stand behind their work, there are a lot of plumbers out there, but the difference is when there is a problem, how is it handled. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!.

Very professional. Quick Service. Fair Prices. Very good experience all around...we will be using A & W for all our plumbing needs.

I would like to say that my husband & I are very pleased with A&W Plumbing. They are very hard working, professional,neat & "HONEST" ( which is so hard to find these days). Especially after being ripped off by two other plumbers. I found the price to be fair/reasonable. I swear I was at my wits end..because we have a septic tank (which anyone who is familiar with knows it can be a headache) until we ran across A&W plumbing in www.yp.com I WOULD RECOMMEND A & W PLUMBING TO ANY & EVERYONE WHO IS IN NEED OF A PLUMBING ISSUE. They are not just going to come out & guess what the problem is or do a halfway job. I thank GOD we had A&W to fix our problem I will DEFINITELY keep their # in my contact list just in case ever again. These are the kind of people you send xmas cards to they are that good. All smiles again. :)

Was given an estimate for $200-$215, And was given a bill for $380

I was never told of a price increase until Job was completed

He scraped my chrome piping; I had to bring this to his attention

He tried to charge me for that replacement chrome piece.



Next morning, received call from owner accusing me of intimidating his employee due to me questioning the employee about pricing... I was told to never call his business again because he doesn't like people like me.



I wont be.

I had a blocked line that Joe Vetter @ Roto Rooter claimed I needed to replace and do other work that would total around $6,000. A&W came out and fixed it all for around $300 with out all of the run around and lies I received from Roto Rooter. This is a great service company, please use them, you won't regret it!

The team at A&W Plumbing was very professional. I appreciated their competitive pricing, and the military discount. Most of all, the job was started on time, and I felt they were fair and honest with me. I would definately have them back for any future needs.

If you want an honest, hardworking, and reasonable plumber, then I recommend hiring A&W Plumbing Plus. Bill has been to our house for a few different problems. His work timely and correct and he charges a very fair price. I wish I could hire him to fix everything my house needs, beyond plumbing!
