The staff was super nice, even for a fast food place. Everyone of the employees seemed excited to be there. I haven't seen customer service like this anywhere

Very poor service, I use to work for this company & I've never eaten anything because the kitchen was gross. They never change the condiment dispensers for making sandwiches. NO ONE WASHES THEIR HANDS.

I did not want to give this location any starts, but I had to so I could post my message. My son's 3 year old birthday party was to begin in 1 hour, when I arrived to this location for his cake I was told "I don't know what to tell you but we don't have your cake." I was then informed that they had my order (from a week prior) they just did not make my cake. I requested the manager on the phone and was given the worst Custmer Service that I have every been given. They offered me a smaller cake for 1/2 price out of their freezer. Their lack of concern for the mistake was the biggest problem, no one cared about my son's birthday party. I will try and let everyone I know understand how this location treats their customers. I left there with no cake and went to a bakery in town who fixed my problem in a half and hour.

went there for dinner with my family workers wernt friendly allmost like it was a problem we came in. place is filthy dirty, sewer smell blowing out of the air vents. food was nasty tasteing!! we spent $25.00 and was very unhappy! will not go back to this one!! July 28,2010

very, very slow. I waited almost twenty minutes for my food and I was the only person there. no one in drive thru either. lots of workers standing around doing nothing.
