What I like the most about First National Bank of Waterloo is that they are a good home town bank.

Overall, I find First National Bank of Waterloo to be the best bank that I have ever used in my life!

We moved out of the state but still left our account at First National Bank of Waterloo due to the customer service.

They spotted charges on my account that I didn't know were happening or how it happened. They stopped it and saved me a lot of money.

When I first moved to Waterloo you bank was the one who gave me my first home loan. I was very thankful for the great service I received.

I enjoy the free checking and online billpay that they offer. My old bank charged for the online billpay so that's a huge plus.

I knew some of the staff there prior to joining and I'm glad I did join,.. We are extremely happy with the FNB Waterloo and would never switch to anywhere else

I love going to First National Bank every week! I look forward to being welcomed as soon as I walk in the door and the quick service.

I deal with several people on the business side at the branch - Sharon and Lori are exceptional. They're always helpful and ready to go out of their way to ask how I'm doing.

I have really enjoyed banking at FNB so far. I feel like my money is in good hands.

I was once in the branch doing some banking and forgot my checkbook in the office when we got to other things. Two days later in the mail the employees were nice enough to send it to my house and a note apologizing for not spotting it earlier. Great service!
