Pam did a great job with my miniature schnauzer, Molly. It was her first trip and she made it enjoyable for Molly. Definitely going back.

Yikes!

I took my dog here for the first time after reading such positive reviews. I was severely disappointed. My poor pooch was cut so short, and drastically uneven all over. He's only 7lbs and very meek, so I can't imagine him putting up a big fight to have his hair trimmed. It literally looks like my four yr old took the scissors to him! They had every room occupied so I'm guessing it was a quick/snip job. We won't be returning, and that's unfortunate because the staff is very nice.

I am so sorry you where unhappy with your babies hair do. We did just let our most recant hire go for this very reason. I and another employee have been begging our boss to turn her loose. I hope you will reconsider us. We expect the our very best in every dog we do. Granted we all have our days but I hate to think we let it effect our work we do.
