The previous review mentioning the manager by name is incredibly hard to believe! Mr. Durso was at the hostess station when we entered, and personally helped us to purchase a gift card. He is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. In fact, the only reason I chose this establishment for a gift card was solely because I knew he was in charge; and he is working with a chef he worked with many years before. Together, these two made Porter's Steakhouse in Collinsville what it is today. These guys are a class act! Very hard to believe he would be rude to a customer. Sorry that some young hostess made a mistake once in her life, lady. Get over yourself!

This resteraunt has a delightfully eclectic menu and wonderful serving staff.

We loved each recommendation we tried.

The manager Michael Durso is very rude and unprofessional. He putting his hand in my mothers face and telling her to stop talking. After we asked him why did our party of 9 have to wait to be seated after the hostess advised us our table was ready. This is the very short version of this store YP would not let me post the full version but it is on all other review sites as well.
