Our phillips 66 is the only gas station that is right downtown so I pass it on the way to work and on the way home, it is very convenient. As of late the gas pumps have become completely unreadable because of scratches on the glass covering the meters. When I mentioned it to an employee I was told new pumps were supposed to be installed but nothing has been done as of yet. I would think a company of the size of Phillips 66 would be more concerned with the upkeep of their station. I'm sure I am not the only customer that has had this problem, and I will be taking my business elsewhere until the problem is taken care of, again, I'm sure I'm not the only one as there are many other gas station/quick markets around town! Customer service should be a number one priority but it is obviously not. Your employees are always helpful and friendly but overall management is sorely lacking. Hoping to see some progress on this front, would hate to see you lose all your customers over this easily fixed problem.
