They have a fee for everything and are very unprofessional.

I would not recommend using Mark Davitz. I discussed multiple loans for my business with him. He said he looked at all my info and all was great. I then spend months looking into building and expanding, hiring new people. Then when it's time to do the loan. oooopppsss. YOUR SCREWED! AND THEN BLAMED IT ON ME! GOOD LUCK IF YOU STILL GO THERE!
