This company was sent to my home through my American Home Shield home warranty. They sent some man out who clearly didn't know what he was doing. He flushed a toilet and then said they would need to take my tub apart. He said they would follow up. It's been 3 weeks. I have had to call my home warranty company several times and nothing has been resolved. It is extremely unprofessional not to follow up with a customer and to just take a payment without completing a project.

We had a small emergent plumbing need at 5:30PM. Called them because this site stated they were available 24 hours a day. They came within the hour. It was determined it was a bigger issue than originally determined. Thru the next day, they went over and beyond to get our plumbing issue completely resolved. This company is now on my speed dial.

Have used American Plumbing more then once. Always very professional courteous and affordable. I would recommend them to everyone.

Called these guys for warranty work on my hot water heater. They spent 20 minutes diagnosing the problem and calling around for parts on Wednesday. On Thursday the plumber picked up the part in Chesterfield (a 45 minute round trip) brought it to my house, said it would take and hour to install, then told me the bill would be $325! I thought that was pretty steep for warranty work and 2 hours of labor and I told him so. The plumber agreed it was high, and called his boss. The boss said if I was not happy, they could leave the part, I could install it myself and they would charge $125. I griped some more, then signed the work order. I said I might have to go on-line and gripe about the price. The plumber walked out to the truck with the signed work order and my part and drove away. I called the office and the secretary said the plumber left because I refused to pay. I said, "I signed the work order, how is that refusing to pay?" The owner later called me and said they left because I threatened to give bad reviews. I said, "so you think by leaving, my review will be good?" He said he has lawyers that deal with people who give bad reviews. I guess I will find out.

We called company to come out to install a water softener and even before their employee was up to the house he was trying to sell my wife a different model. Once inside he told her that she needed all new pipes run through out the house. I have called a couple other companies and they said they have never heard of doing that and the employee probably thought that my wife was going to be handling all the payment so he was trying to gouge her. Totally unprofessional and would highly recommend going through a different company.

Great friendly and affordable service. They took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done! I will call them anytime I need a plumber!
