I bought a Groupon almost 2 years ago for my own Invisilign. I had a tremendous experience with the doctors and staff at the Chesterfield location. When it came time for my 9 year old to get braces, her comment was "I want to go where you went, Mommy, as your teeth are beautiful!" Again the doctors and staff have far exceeded my expectations and have been wonderful with my daughter. They are kind, fun and patient with us. I recommend Bankhead Orthodontics to all my friends!

They are very quick to get new patients in. Staff are extremely friendly. Waiting room is kid oriented and enjoyable for the kids. The incentives they offer to encourage the kids to take care of their teeth makes it fun them to do so.

I got braces as an adult and I love this office. Everyone is so friendly and Dr Bankhead is the best!! I know that when my son needs braces, he is going to have a positive experience too!!

I have a daughter who just got braces today! It was great, I got to be nearby and watch the "highlights" and even record them so she could watch later on. My other daughter is getting braces later this year also and is very excited. Very kid friendly and they make the kids feel very welcome, right at home. A great feeling....getting your teeth worked on can be scary and there is nothing scary about this place!

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. However, the best part from my perspective is how everything is explained in such thorough form no matter the task: paperwork, processes, procedures, etc. I was also happy to see how much cross-training is done with the staff. I couldn't be happier that I picked Bankhead!

Love Bankhead Orthodontics! From the check in, to working with the assistants and talking with the doctors - it is a great experience. Such a great high tech place that makes you want to visit. They really make you feel very involved with the whole process and the contests and things to do to earn coins is great. Saving all mine up to get mall gift cards so I can go shopping to get new clothes to go with my new smile!

Absolutely a wonderful facility,that made my daughter, and myself feel very comfortable with the whole process.

My son Quinton has such a problem with textures and simply stuff in his mouth. You guys did an outstanding job with him. He was so comfortable. You took your time with him which I so appreciate. When he stressed you backed off. He is so proud of his braces and watching him make sure he takes care of them makes us smile. Thank you and see you soon.

We love this place! After checking out several local orthodontists, we decided Bankhead Orthodontist best fit our families needs! They have friendly, knowledgeable staff & their O'Fallon facility (we didn't visit the others) was amazing! The updated technology their office uses for both entertainment (my boys love this part) and their medical equipment was off the charts! Everyone is always smiling and super nice & they always make you feel comfortable and welcome.

As an adult, I was nervous about having orthodontics. Dr Bankhead & his staff have been very kind & gracious. They always try to make the visit fun. The best was Halloween. The staff had such a great time dressing up. It created such a fun & uplifting atmosphere in the office that day. Thank you for making this process a positive experience.

" My daughter's teeth came in extremely crooked, and it only took 11 months to straighten them in the 1st round of braces. Now that almost all of her permanent teeth are in, she is about to start her 2nd round of braces, and her braces will come off before she starts 7th grade. Before she came to Bankhead, she was embarrassed whenever she smiled. Now she isn't embarrassed anymore, and her smile will only get better!
