This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with the customer service reps are rude they will call you and it seems no one puts any comments on the customers account to have a head quarters person call you and be just as rude need I say more this company has the incorrect address on the web site for you to send them a check for payment of your car they don't have the common courtesy to let the customer know they have merged with a second company in the mean time I am trying to get the payment taken care of by the time the check arrives to where it needs to go the check has bounced they will take your car so my advice is do not use these people who will soon be called LGM which is no longer in O Fallon Mo (like it says in their web site) I don't think they have let any of their customers know LGM and is located in Independence Ohio the worst company ever for a car loan I would not recommend them period.

A family member bought a car and financed through Blue Fin. BIG mistake! They make unnecessary, harassing calls every month, even though they are paid consistently. They are not reporting to the credit company, as is expected. Very bad company.
