Bob Dees is a low level scam artist. At this time he owes me close to 10k and will not respond to any attempt to contact. He shows up a church acting like he is a man of god. Only if his family and friends actually knew what type of person he really was. Stay away from this company!!!

Bob Dees is a rip off artist. I terminated our property management agreement with cause secondary to tenant's complaints about his poor service and failure to remit my rent payments. He STILL owes me several thousands of dollars. Do not do business with him.

Do not work with Bob Dees. He ignored our requests for what type of tenants we wanted in our house, he did not enforce the rental agreement and let the tenants destroy the house. We had thousands of dollars in repairs to get the house back in a condition so that it could be sold. Bob charged us for repairs that we never completed. He has repeatedly lied to us about the house. Now he doesn't return calls or emails and he owes us several thousand dollars that he says he collected in rent but he has never paid us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this person he is a scam artist!
