Very unprofessional, sell alot of broken items that they dont tell the bidders about, and they play favorites. Had a bad experience with them almost a year ago but recently went to one of their auctions again to give them the benefit of the doubt and once again, got screwed! The auctioner Matt (who did do a decent job) had me down on a bid in which I apparently won, but when he asked for my bid number, one of his helpers (Tom) said he had another person for the same bid amount...so the confusion begins..normally the many auctions I attend, the auctioner is the one in charge and takes the winning bid from the person he had to begin with but not here! Auctioner asked me if I want to bid higher since there was apparently a tie...of course i said hell no and so he immediately gives it to the other person which i find out later they know quite well...i yelled what kind of BS is this?! and Tom sarcastically says dont tell me, tell the auctioneer and looked the other way..he was a prick all night and others behind me agreed. my question is,,why didnt the auctioneer ask the other person if they wanted to bid higher and give me item instead? Answer...they knew the other person and play favorites! Dont waste your time with this corrupt auction service!
