We dropped our dogs off at Gwen's dog house on a Friday evening. We told the woman that we would be back before noon on Sunday to pick them up. When my husband arrived on Sunday morning to pick up the dogs, an old man was there. He answered the door and said they are only open from 5-6pm on Sundays. He yelled at my husband and refused to bring our dogs and ring us out. He was very rude. He stated he didn't want to have to let all of the dogs out. They are supposed to feed them in the morning and let them outside 3 times per day, that's what they told us they would do. Now that this interaction occurred, and based on the filthy condition of my dogs, I really don't believe that they were letting the dogs out as they stated they would. As a matter of fact, my dogs were starving when I picked them up so I'm not confident they got fed at all on the day I picked them up. This is inhumane.
