While I understand the frustration of not being able to go on the slide with your little one, I do understand the company's liability policy during open play. I am sorry if you felt the employees were rude to you, however, I've never been to the facility when they've been anything other than professional and kind. I would hope that you would give this facility another opportunity to redeem itself. It's clean, and a form of cheap fun for kiddos during the summer. Good luck.

Rude employees

Jump for fun could be a fun place to take the kids if the employees weren't do nasty. They were yelling at us for anything and everything they could. Things that other people were doing and they were fine. We did nothing to cause any harm to anyone and we were not bothering anyone. There was not a lot of people in there anyway. I had enough when they told me I couldn't go down the slide with my 1.5 year old little boy. Other parents were going with their children an every other time I had been there it was fine. It broke my Jett when my son said slide mommy slide and I had to tell him we couldn't. He gets a little scared going up there by himself so he wants me with him. The weight limit is 800 lbs I'm only 120 and my son weighs 30 so I'm pretty sure it could hold us. He told me I couldn't be up there playing.. I told the man that I wasn't playing I was sliding with my son. I guess because we were smiling and laughing on the way down it was just too much. That's fine I will never go back and I'm telling everyone else to never go back again. They are rude nasty people!!

Dear Customer, We are so sorry to hear that you do not like our Rules for Safty for you child and others.During our Open Play times Insurance does not allow you to play on them due to the fact of weight differece between you and your child. That is the main cause of accidents on inflatable equiment.(Feel Free to due your research before telling us we are rude!!) During all Private Parties you are able to get on and play with your child. We love that you want to interact with you child but due to insurance rules during open play we just can not allow it to happen. It is listed on our website that adults are not allowed to play on the equiment during any open play sessions. Maybe try us when he gets a little older and is able to due more for himself. Thanks, Jump4Fun
