Provided by YP.comThis is an outstanding Dealership! We just took delivery of a new GLA250, our first Mercedes-Benz. From the first time we walked through the doors of this dealership all the way through the exceptional delivery process, we always felt welcomed and appreciated. Our salesman, Tom Bertelow was awesome! He took the time to listen to the ideas we had for options, tirelessly showed us a number of vehicles, stayed past his scheduled time to go home to accommodate our schedule, and most importantly, ALWAYS did what he said he would do. When our car arrived, he scheduled the delivery and was extremely thorough in explaining all of the features of the vehicle. He is a low pressure, polite and professional gentleman who knows the business and knows Mercedes-Benz. Our tour of their facilities showed a spotless service department with a friendly staff that gives us a confident and secure feeling that if/when our car needs service, it will be done right the first time. With regards to our trade in, Plaza Motors West was very fair in evaluating and appraising our car and gave us a price that was in line with our expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle, new or used!

Provided by YP.comWife took car in for service A last week while traveling. Cost $300 plus tax, in Tulsa $190 for same. Thought maybe it was because she was near "big city". So I called Dallas ($249) and Chicago ($200). So if, according to service advisor, they follow Mercedes schedule exactly how could they be so much higher? Can't be labor rate, I'm sure Dallas and Chicago are same or even more. It's not the money, it's the trouble of always having to check on people. Hope I help someone.
