I couldn't understand a word that Rick said. I believe he was intoxicated. He showed up without any of his tools at all and when it was time for him to get started on the job, he jumped into his truck and peeled off down my street and out of the entrance to my neighborhood. I was shocked. I called him and he told me he would be right back, that he had to go get his tools. 4 hours went by, and he came back. He had his tools and got to work on my garage door. It looked like he did a great job until I went to open it and the whole entire thing fell apart. Literally. It was as if he unscrewed ever bolt and screw in the garage door. Do not use this man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would never use this service again. They showed up late, and I think Rick was smoking some kind of drugs in his truck. It took them 4 days to install a handrail and when i put my hand on it, I fell through the railing and into my bushes. Please don't use this man.
