This shop is the worst I've been to, it's the worst experienced ever. Chris, I hope you'll change the way you treating your customer in the future, because with your personality now will take you nowhere in life. It is unacceptable not to fix my car the way you told me you suppose to, and I can't complain about it. If you doesn't want my business, I'll take my money where else. Will not recommend it, no ☆ for this shop.

I recently had the pleasure of working with SRC Auto body. I reached out to them after being referred to an auto body shop by my dealership. They were able to get me in the same day to assess the damages. Chris and Susan made everything so easy from speaking with my insurance company and arranging a rental car. I was extremely comfortable in their office having two small children with me. There were books, toys and snacks available to them. I was kept updated trough phone calls on the status of the repairs, and provided with an accurate completion times. When I picked up my car, it looked perfect, and was spotless inside and out. Even the basket of cookies was a wonderful touch. They also saved me $250 off my deductible!!! I would highly recommend SRC Auto body, their work and customer service exceeded my expectations.

My car was damaged by another customer while having routine maintenance done at a local tire/auto shop. The shop recommended I take my vehicle to SRC for the body work, as they had worked with them in past. I was continually impressed by the dedication and customer service SRC provided during the entire process. I just picked up my car this evening, only to find it washed, detailed, a few cosmetic items fixed (at no charge) and a sweet package of "thank you" cookies in the front seat! Wow! The SRC team had gone above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend their work to anyone looking for amazing service.

This was an amazing company to deal with. Not only did my vehicle come out perfect after my accident they were able to save me on my deductible. Great guys to work with. o'fallon auto body shop at SRC was great.
