Terrible communication and poor service. We had our car towed here after an accident, but will be moving it to another auto body shop. We were told it would take 1-2 days to determine if our car had been totaled. It has been 8 days and we are still waiting to hear something. Every day it is the same story..."we were really busy and didn't have time to get to it today. We'll call tomorrow". WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
