This is some corporation. If you have a legitimate complaint you can't reach a person on the phone you have to instead leave a detail of why you are calling with a person and have them email the complaint to the regional manager. She suggests that she doesn't know who the person is and that she doesn't have a method to speak with them in person.

This protects the very person that should hear about bad experiences. Yet, with the current set up you can't get in touch with anyone that appears to really care.

What a mess, all the more reason to completely stop eating at McDonalds.

They are in the groove of hiring all Latino employees many of which don't or won't speak decent English. The company is both cheap, poor managed and banking of people continuing to drive thru be way to long to get serviced and leave. Someone should close them down or sue them for more millions than they could afford to every pay.
