I have never been so upset. I made a purchase to get a salad that was not made correctly & the manager Chris only wanted to comp me a cheesecake. I had a friend pick the salad up for me cause I was on my work lunch break, meanwhile, I hadn't eaten all day so I was starving. I contacted Chris & told him I was at work & I couldn't leave. He said that he would give me the apples they forgot to put on my salad & a cheesecake. Not a new salad with apples. He expected me to not eat on my lunch break & wait 4.5 hours & drive back to the restaurant for apples. I tried to be very nice about the issue but he kept insisting that I was only getting a cheesecake. Eventually he opted out of cheesecake & said he would give me the salad, but not willingly. Therefore, I stood there & cried cause I couldn't believe I had to go thru all this for lettuce. I left without anything cause I was so frustrated that I had to be treated like this & all I wanted was my salad made correctly the way I paid for it.

Food was decent for the price, but the service terrible, we had to wait 10 mins for the drink refill and then wait for the dessert menu....

Bathroom was very questionable and for the bill of avarage $80.00 for two people I would definitely go somewhere else.

The only good thing about the place is the cheesecake, but considering the condition of the bathrooms I wonder how is the kitchen....?

I came here with three other friends on a Monday night for dinner so it wasn't too busy. We got seated right away and dug into the menu. Wow, this place has a lot of food on the menu! The beer selection is also quite large and I'm glad they had Newcastle. Our waitress carded me (yay!) and we started off with taquitos, which were pretty good. I ended up getting the Hibachi steak and it came with bean sprouts some sort of mashed potatoes and tempura aspargus (yuck). I passed on the asparagus but everything else was great. For dessert I got the vanilla bean cheesecake, which sounds better than it tastes but it was still yummy. Service was good, as our waitress was constantly checking up on us and my friends were all satisfied. This place is more expensive than most other restaurants but the place looked nice and the menu selection is awesome.

The food was great the waiter I had was great but wait was horrible I waited 50 minutes to be seated and even after couldnt be seated right away because one of my guest wasnt present the manager was very rude

The Cheesecake factory is a chain that is good at every location i've been at. This location was excellent like the rest, and had a very unique design. The service was fantastic, and the food came fairly quick. The bread they give you before your food is also amazing and they will refill it if you ask.

Excellent Servers. Knowledgable. Good quantity for the price, in addition to quality.
