this is the third time our meal order has been wrong thru the drive-thru and the last 2 times inside our order was not correct...

Our order today was a simple order of 2 whopper jrs with extra pickle & two orders of fries & we would NEED ketchup for the fries... Our order came to us with NO ketchup for our fries, NO ketchup on our burgers & NO receipt...oh, they did add the extra pickles & at least we got napkins today....not like the last time...

We will no longer stop at this location...!!!

poor customer service and quality

I went through the drive-thru on Sunday, October 16, 2008 at around 4:30 p.m. and ordered 2 of the new mushroom & swiss steakburgers. The girl who took my order over the speaker was very rude and her manners were even worse when I got to to window. I didn't feel like I triggered her or anyone else to respond to me in that manner, I simply ordered my food and was polite about it. When I got home and opened the burger bun, I noticed that the few toppings on there were just plopped on in one spot. I feel like I wasted my money and got an unnecessary attitude on top of it-enough to write this review. I will definitely not be eating here again!!
